Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please follow the guidelines below:


Cancellation Guidelines:

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped.
  • How to Request a Cancellation: To request a cancellation, email us at support@woodinstaurator.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
  • Exceptions: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If your custom order is in production, please contact us to discuss potential solutions.


Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If your order is successfully canceled, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
